Quick Troubleshooting: “I can’t hear any audio!”

If you press play and don’t hear the guided exercises, 99% of the time it is caused by one of two system settings on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Check your Ring/Silent Switch: If the physical switch on the side of your iPhone shows orange, your device is in Silent Mode. Flip the switch back up. Many iOS apps respect this setting and will mute audio playback if the switch is on silent.
  2. Control Center Volume: Swipe down from the top right of your screen to open the Control Center. Ensure your media volume slider is turned up (this is separate from your ringer volume).

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the app require an internet connection? No. 7 Minute Vocal Warm-Up functions entirely offline. All audio guides, instructions, and features are downloaded with the app, meaning you can warm up backstage, in a studio booth, or in a classroom with zero cellular data or Wi-Fi.

Do I need to create an account? Never. There are no logins, no profiles, and no passwords to remember. You open the app, press play, and start your vocal workout instantly.

Is my vocal data or privacy protected? Absolutely. The app does not collect, track, or stream any personal data, usage analytics, or audio recordings. What happens in the app stays entirely on your device.
